What is the pricing for the units?
One bedrooms start at $800 and two bedroom units start at $1,300.

What is included in the monthly rental rate?
*Your monthly rental rate includes common area maintenance upkeep (snow removal included), water and sewer charges, and trash fees.
*Non-reserved garage parking is provided. Access to the garage parking is via a walkway connected to The Lofts building.
*A vertically stacked washer/dryer combination is provided in each unit.
Maintenance and repair services are provided for any issues that may arise and service is available 24/7 in the event of emergency, and Security is on site 24/7.
*Residents are welcome to reserve the Zona Rosa Community Room facility for group events.
*Package pick-up and drop-off is available through the Guest Services Desk in the Zona Rosa complex.

How can I view a loft?
Viewings are by appointment, but we will work to accommodate your schedule.  Please call Jennifer Genter at (816) 587-8180 to schedule a showing.

What are the lease terms for The Lofts at Zona Rosa?
One (1) year leases are available.

Are pets allowed at The Lofts at Zona Rosa?
No, pets are not permitted at the Residences at Zona Rosa.
