The concept is positioned between the fine-dining and casual chains, with a menu emphasis on food that is fresh, made-to-order and made using authentic Italian cooking methods.
Our subtitle "Cucina Italiana" or "Italian Kitchen" is appropriate in that all of the cooking is done exhibition style - in full view of the guest. BRAVO has among the highest average unit sales in the industry and has been voted "Best Italian" in Columbus, Dayton, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Pittsburgh and New Orleans. The average BRAVO Cucina Italiana seats 200 guests in 6,800 square feet of space.
