Granite City Food & Brewery is a casual dining restaurant featuring made-from-scratch food and handcrafted beers. Its menu offers traditional and regional foods prepared fresh daily, including salads, sandwiches, pastas and a variety of entrée specialties exclusive to Granite City.
Granite City Food & Brewery serves a variety of signature and seasonal beers, including Duke of Wellington (an English ale) and Pride of Pilsen (a Czechoslovakian beer). The handcrafted beers offer unique styles and flavors not typically produced by major breweries. The restaurant will brew these old world classic beers on site at Zona Rosa. The process can take from 30 to 90 days and involves a multitude of barleys, wheat, ryes and hops to create the unique blends.
With stone accents and warm wood tones, the interior of the restaurant highlights a large oval bar with multiple plasma-screen televisions located throughout the space.
